Why yes, I did sign up for the bag of the month again this year!! The January Bag Pattern came out on New Years Day, I promptly cut it out then had to run to Hancock Fabrics for some more vinyl and yesterday I sewed this beauty and this morning put the frame into it! I must say thank you Samantha for an awesome pattern that yet taught me something new, I had never done a frame bag so this was a first and I might add it won't be my last!! Go check out Samantha's Blog she has lots of patterns for sale!

Wow you were super fast Nancy! I just got the pattern yesterday, so I haven't even started to look at my fabrics yet. I don't have that kind of frame either, so I will have to see where to get one or come up with a different closure for my bag. Love how yours came out.
ReplyDeleteThank you Daryl! There is a US supplier on Etsy, not sure of the name. I ordered my first frames from Etsy also but they came from Hong Kong and took over 2 weeks. The pattern was pretty easy although I got a little rattled with the frame ..... Nancy
