I think I need one of these babies......

so I can do all those miter cutssince I just wasted 20 minutes on one cut via arm power on the cheapo human powered version on the stairway and since we are trimming out the downstairs ourselves I think it might just come in pretty handy!!! Gary used to always say "I cannot wait till your next project to see what kind of tools we get! (some things never change)!!!
